Provides service for all Orange County residents. Route/schedule information is available at the Orange County Government Service Center, Hillsborough, by telephone request, or on the Orange County website.

Chapel Hill Transit

Regular bus service in Chapel Hill and Carrboro is free. The Transit Guide gives details of routes and schedule of regular bus service as well as special services, including EZ Rider, Tarheel Express to UNC Special events (fare) and Shared Ride service in areas without regular bus service.

The Transit Guide is available on all buses and transit racks throughout Chapel Hill and Carrboro, by telephone request, or on the webite.

Triangle Transit Authority (TTA)

Provides bus services connecting the Triangle cities and major universities, the local bus systems, RDU Airport and RTP. TTA also provides regional rideshare services with car pool matching and a van pool lease program for groups of up to fifteen people.

TTA is the planning agency for a commuter rail system for the Triangle.
