A 24-hour, 7 days/week information and referral service, may be reached by dialing 211 or 1-800-831-1754 (M-F 8:30 am - 5:00 pm) if using a cell phone. Bilingual and confidential. Database of 2,200 programs and services including: child and after-school care, counseling, disabilities, emergency shelter, financial help, food & clothing, health care, housing, job training, senior programs and eldercare, substance abuse, support groups, transportation, youth programs.
