Water and sewer services are jointly provided by the Water Management Department and the Storm Water and Street Maintenance Department. The Water Management Department operates Lake Michie and Little River Lake and the two water treatment facilities. The Storm Water and Street Maintenance Department maintains the water distribution and wastewater collection systems.

The Engineering Division plans and oversees the construction of new water and sewer lines and processes applications for new services.
